Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance This Week’s Tyre Of The Week

Each week we will be selecting a tyre from our catalogue which we feel offers our customers value for money mixed with a concoction of high performance and steadfast safety attributes.

Drrrrrrrrrum roll please… for the inaugural tyre of the week we have selected the Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance:

Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance

Rated A for its wet grip performance, this model offer drivers shorter braking distances thanks to the ActiveBraking Technology.

An increased contact with the road ensures that when you need to stop, this tyre does not mess about – when tested by TÜV SÜD Automotiveup the Goodyear Efficient Grip stopped two metres shorter on wet roads and 3% shorter on dry compared to its competitors.

For the fuel conscious drivers out there this tyre is designed with Goodyear’s FuelSaving Technology. Created with a unique base compound, the tyre’s rolling resistance is reduced by up to 18% when compared to its predecessor, the Goodyear EfficientGrip.

What does this mean? Well, improved fuel efficiency and lower driving costs all round.
